Ok so i dont work till 4 so i slept in till like 11 this morning so this is a super late breakfast. 2 scrambled eggs with frank’s red hot-eggs are a great source of protein and can jumpstart your metabolism in the morning. Whole grapefruit with stevia, bottle of water-drinking water in the morning has a ton of benefits,including a jumpstarted metabolism, alertness, and glowing skin. Im also taking two supplements this morning, vitamin d because I unfortunately deal with seasonal affective disorder which is caused by lack of vitamin d from sunlight, but seasonal affective is no match for vitamin d supplements and exercise!! Also I’m taking raspberry ketones which are supposedly supposed to increase metabolism.
Ok so it’s my day off and I didn’t get up till 1:30 so here’s my weird brunch thing. Frozen mixed fruit, banana, spinach, avocado and splash of almond milk smoothie, scrambled eggs with Frank’s red hot, detox water, and coffee with stevia and a splash of creamer. Tip: eggs are one of the best things to eat on the morning!! And they are easy to spice up with some Frank’s or salsa
